All courses are built in compliance with European standards EN 15567-1.
Since 2013, the Lifeline system has been in place, ensuring continuous connection to the safety cable even in case of distractions.
Each year, before the start of the season, trees and installations are inspected by certified professionals who renew the park’s certification.
Every morning, the staff opens and checks all courses before allowing public access.
All devices are produced by renowned companies such as Petzl, Camp, Kong, and are, of course, CE certified.
They are inspected and maintained by certified personnel who have undergone specific training courses.
Supervisors and rescuers have completed courses and passed final verification tests conducted by accredited training organizations that follow protocols developed by the National Association of Italian Adventure Parks with contributions from the National College of Alpine Guides.
The rules, descriptions, and requirements for the courses are displayed on park bulletin boards, in group booking forms, and on the website.
At the start of all courses and activities, there are informational signs.
During registration and the mandatory briefing, all participants are informed of the main rules to follow.
In addition to the European standards EN 15567-2, Acropark® follows the regulations set by the supervisory commission of the Autonomous Province of Trento to enhance activity safety. One of the key points is the determination of minimum age requirements and, in some cases, the presence of adult companions for access to certain courses.
All participants must complete a training session and an individual test on a trial course one meter above the ground.
Instructors assess the participant's abilities, check their equipment, and guide them to the most suitable course. Junior courses are fully and constantly monitored by at least one supervisor.
